Appreciation Breakfast
Monthly Birthday Cake Sign-up Sheet

We invite you to participate in this festive Holy Trinity Parish activity by entering your name for either the breakfast or birthday cake or both. All costs can be reimbursed by Holy Trinity (if desired) through Florida.  Please contact Dick or Suzanne if you have any questions. (Sign up here.)

Breakfast Instructions:

1. Shop for items for 30 people total (10-15 servings per service); store items until event date (see sample menu below).
2. Arrive at church prior to morning service. (The person(s) who sets up the church should have unlocked the church prior to the first service.
3. Turn on the refrigerator (if necessary) and place items requiring refrigeration inside. Note: You may reserve some items in the refrigerator for the second service as needed.
4. Locate coffee pot and fill holder with coffee for 12 cups. Add 12 cups of water. Note: If very early, wait to turn on coffee pot until a little before the end of morning service. Repeat if needed for next service. NOTE:  coffee may be on-hand from previous breakfasts and need not be bought every time.
5. Set up tables and chairs parallel in center of room; place table cloths on each.
6. Set up two tables buffet style – 1) for coffee and juices next to door leading to inside stairs (see plastic storage bin on shelf for creamer/sugar and utensils; 2) other for food  table against long wall opposite the outside exit door.
7. Food and drink items listed below are suggestions.  Similar items may be substituted as appropriate. If convenient, a toaster may be made available for muffins or bagels.
